Vintage Navajo Sterling Silver Cuff Bracelet Large Amethyst Pear Signed JT

Presented here is a beautiful Vintage Navajo Sterling Silver Cuff Bracelet with a Large Pear Shaped Amethyst, signed JT. This fantastic bracelet was handcrafted by a Navajo artist with ornate silverwork detail. The stone is a large, faceted pear shaped Amethyst.

It measures approximately 20mm x 15mm x 10mm. The piece weighs 2.4 ounces or 70 grams. The bracelet measures 1 3/4" at its widest point and 1/2" at its narrowest. It also measures 2 1/2" across with a 1 1/4" opening.

I measured around with inside with a fabric tape and it came to 5 3/8 from tip to tip. The outside measured 6 1/2 due to the stone and the thickness of the silver. There is a small chip in the stone that I did not notice until several viewings.

I have included it in the last photo. It is secure in its setting. I started to polish the silver, but stopped myself as I know some people like the patina on their vintage piece. I have no doubts, however, that with a silver polishing cloth, it will polish up to a bright shine.
