A STUNNING VINTAGE CIRCA 1922 GENTS MILITARY ROLEX TRENCH WRISTWATCH IN SOLID SILVER. This is a beautiful full size gents Rolex trench wristwatch. Not only does it have the rare type of case with swivel lugs but also this watch was retailed when new by "Alex Clark of London".

The condition of this Rolex for being around 99 years old is exceptional. Stunning silver "guilloche" (engine turned) dial, with large exploding arabic numerals and fancy blue steel hands this Rolex has lots of style and charm. The dial has been restored to the highest possible standard and in keeping with the original design of the dial. The wonderful Rolex caliber 13 ligne movement has been fully serviced by our watchmaker in the past 6 months. Please note: watches of this age even when seriviced can gain or lose between up to 1 minute a day what is acceptable for a 99 year old watch.

To complete this fantastic piece, we've put it on a new high quality strap. The solid silver, swivel lug case is in good condition with light age related wear. The case measures 33mm without the winding crown and a huge 46mm long including the lugs. Inside the case back all the marks are correct as expected. C Ltd (Rolex Watch Company), Rolex. 7 World Records, Gold Medal, Geneva Swiss. And fully hallmarked solid silver. The stunning original dial has been restored to the highest possible standard and in keeping with the original print and simply looks gorgeous.
